WHAT IS THE EXPEDITION ROASTERS COFFEEVERSE®?

Expedition Roasters are the pioneer of Themed Coffees inspired by pop culture, classic theme parks and other tales. Using premium coffees we combine our love of art and story to bring you an immersive coffee experience. Every roast in our Coffeeverse® is crafted from all three of these elements and expands the story of our brand and lifestyle of our fans.

HOW DOES MY PURCHASE HELP OTHER CHARITIES?

When you purchase our coffees & teas, a portion of the proceeds from your order are donated to our charity partners to help dog & animal rescues, veterans organizations or other charities we donate to. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, France, Spain, the U.K. and many other countries. If you don't see your country at checkout just email us and we'll try and add it to our destinations.

Shipping costs have increased dramatically in the past years and we always look for ways to ship you the best coffees & teas at the best rates.
Packages are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage starting at $8.95 within the U.S.
The best way to save money with shipping is to take advantage of our Free Shipping when you purchase $65 or more. Often times adding another bag will get you the free shipping and will be almost the same as paying for shipping itself.
Whenever there is a cheaper way to ship or save you money we will always offer that option. We thank you for your understanding and do appreciate all your support to help us with our mission.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

We're only located online, but we have partner retail shops that carry our brand. Check out our Retail Locations page for an up to date listing.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

An email with your tracking info will be sent once we process your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to load.

HOW CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL SOMETHING ON MY ORDER ONCE I’VE ALREADY PLACED IT?

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Because our site is encrypted and 100% secure, all of our orders must be placed through our website.


ARE YOUR GIFT CARDS ELECTRONIC ONLY OR WILL I RECEIVE SOMETHING IN THE MAIL? HOW DO I USE IT?

Our gift cards are electronic only and will be emailed to the email address provided on the order. There will be instructions within the email confirmation on how to redeem the gift card on our online shop.

To use a gift card to purchase from our online shop, simply enter the 16-digit code at checkout (in the box that says gift card/or discount code) and your balance will be applied to the order.
